We are looking for candidate for the position of Software Engineer with expertise in IT Support to join our team.

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Handle support cases reported by sales coordinator or client through the prepared channels in a timely manner. Support cases may vary between minor programming job and FAQ regarding technical details.
  • Required to support beyond working hours for urgent cases although the frequency is usually low.
  • Create relevant channels for clients to communicate with us regarding all support matter. You’re required to moderate the channels and ensure all the requests are attended to.
  • Development of tools to automate processes and increase our efficiency of support.


To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have at least (2) years of working experience in the web development/support role.
  • Willing to work beyond working hours on urgent support cases although they are less frequent.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role require to handle/solve with Mandarin material/product as well.
  • Skills required: PHP, Linux, MySQL, Jquery, NodeJs, HTML and CSS.
  • Familiar with: REST API, Any PHP Framework (Yii2, Laravel, CodeIgniter etc.) and AWS.
