We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Business Development Executive (Software) to join our team. 

You will play an important role in:

  • Generate new leads according to company’s targeted industries by making efficient, and professional mannered cold calls. 
  • Maintain contact and improve camaradarie relationship with existing customer base.
  • Screen and curate list of potential prospect with the Sales Manager.
  • Setup meetings with the customer and our technical sales advisor for in-depth consultancy.
  • Documentation of customer details and all sales briefing for reference and recording purposes.
  • Follow up with customer on all pre- and post-sales transaction to ensure adequate service and satisfaction.
  • Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Have a minimal understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Applicants do not need to be technically equipped, but just enough to provide a simple briefing to customers.
  • Related sphere of knowledge includes: Software Development, Mobile Development, Website Development, Programming, PHP, SQL and Backend System. (Applicants with the following knowledge have significant advantage and are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Capability to write and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Local Malaysian highly welcome.
