We are looking for candidate for the position of Account Assistant with expertise in Bookkeeping to join our team.

You will play an important role in:

  • Daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyse information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.
  • Verification on all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
  • Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial and basic by management.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/LCCI/Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but related working experience will be advantageous.
  • Priority will be given to those who are able to start immediately.
  • Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • High motivated, self-disciplines and responsible.
  • Only 1 full-time position available.
  • Working Hours : Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • Public Holiday : follow Selangor Calendar
